England have been crowed champions of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup after they made an absolutely mind-boggling comeback from two goals down to thrash Spain 5-2 in front of a capacity crowd in Kolkata. Sergio Gomez scored a brace in the first half an hour to hand the Spaniards a 2-0 lead, but England pulled one back through Rhian Brewster late in the first half. England were all over Spain in the second half, with Morgan Gibbs-White scoring the equaliser before Phil Foden gave them the lead. Marc Guehi scored England’s fourth goal before Foden rounded off the win with his second of the game.
